At Retro Glow, we are passionate about providing premium automotive solutions and custom retrofits for classic and performance vehicles. We back our workmanship and products with aāÆno-nonsense warranty policy that reflects our confidence in what we deliver.
ā Warranty Coverage
We offer one of the most competitive warranty periods in the industry:
Standard Products:
All standard Retro Glow products (including kits, headlight assemblies, and components) are covered by a 24-month replacement warranty from the date of purchase.
Custom Builds & Retrofits:
All custom work, including retrofitted headlights and bespoke lighting assemblies, come with a 12-month warranty covering workmanship and components.
Lifetime Support:
Even after the warranty expires, we offer lifetime tech support to all Retro Glow customers.
š”ļø Whatās Covered
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Premature failure of LEDs
- Issues arising from proper use and installation
- Abnormal condensation (persistent fogging or pooling moisture)
Note: āProper useā refers to operation within intended automotive applications, using components as supplied and according to the included instructions or industry-standard practices.
ā Whatās Not Covered
We do not cover:
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or wiring (especially where instructions were not followed)
- Water ingress due to poor sealing by third parties or user modifications
- Impact damage, cracked lenses, or wear-and-tear from environmental conditions
- Products modified or disassembled after delivery
- Cosmetic blemishes occurring more than 14 days after delivery
- Labour charges for removal or installation
- Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging
š Replacement & Claim Process

Get in Touch
Email us at contact@retroglow.com.au with the following:
- Order number and original proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or video of the fault or damage

Assessment
Weāll assess the issue withinĀ 5ā7 business days. If itās something simple, weāll offer remote troubleshooting or replacement parts. -
Resolution
If the product is deemed faulty under warranty, weāll offer:
- Replacement of the item (same or equivalent spec)
- Repair (if applicable)
- Refund (only if replacement is unavailable)

Shipping
- We cover return shipping for faulty items within the first 30 days
- After 30 days, the customer pays return postage, but we cover the replacement shipping back to you
Turnaround Time:
Most warranty claims are resolved within 10ā14 business days from the date we receive your item.
š Change of Mind Returns
If youāve simply changed your mind, no worriesāwe get it. Hereās how it works:
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Products must be returned in original condition with all original packaging free of any damage or excessive wear.
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned itemsādamage in transit due to poor packaging may void the return
- Once received, items will be inspected and tested to confirm condition
- This process takes approximately 7ā10 business days
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
Additional Options:
Upon approval, customers may opt for a refund, store credit, or product exchange of equal value.
Eligibility:
Change of mind returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase and pre-approved by our team via š§ contact@retroglow.com.au

- Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing by Retro Glow
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand sales are not covered
- Claims must be made within the warranty periodāwarranty starts from the date of purchase
- Returns must be pre-approved and include a Return Authorization (RA) number
ā” Pro Tips to Stay Covered
- Have your lighting installed by a qualified auto electrician if you are unsure of correct process
- Donāt modify sealed components (this can void the warranty)
- Keep your invoice/receiptāthis is your proof of coverage
